About Origian Power
Origian Power is a solar Engineering, Procurement and Construction company: we engineer, procure and build solar systems, and we stay responsible for them afterwards.
Our story
Origian Power exists because most homes, farms and businesses that could switch to solar do not, usually because doing it properly is more complicated than it should be: the DISCOM paperwork, the subsidy application, finding an installer who is still answering the phone two years after the sale. Origian is built to handle all of that as one job, not three separate problems for you to manage yourself.
Origian was founded with one goal in mind: to make this planet a better place, not just for the humans, but for all the living beings combined.
What we do
We are a solar Engineering, Procurement and Construction company, meaning we handle the design, sourcing and building of solar PV and thermal systems. We design and commission on-grid power plants, off-grid power plants, water heating systems, water pumping systems and lighting systems, along with associated security systems.
The practical value of that structure is accountability. When one contractor is responsible for design, equipment and installation, there is nobody to point at when something does not work. That matters more in solar than in most trades, because the majority of early faults are installation faults rather than equipment faults.
How we choose what we install
Origian only partners with brands that have a customer-focused culture, because a warranty is only worth what the company behind it is willing to honour. A cheaper module from a manufacturer with no service presence in India is not a saving. It is a risk transferred to the customer, who discovers it years later.
