What happens after you get in touch

  1. We call you back to understand the property, your consumption and what you are trying to achieve.
  2. We visit and survey the roof or site: shading, orientation, structure and your existing connection. This is free.
  3. We send a design and a price: the full price, with no subsidy taken off, and our warranty terms.
  4. You decide. If the numbers do not work for your property, we will tell you that rather than sell you a system anyway.

Common questions

Is the site survey really free?

Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. We visit, assess the roof and your consumption, and tell you what is worth installing, including telling you when the answer is that solar is not a good investment for your property.

What should I have ready before I contact you?

A recent electricity bill is the single most useful thing, because it tells us your consumption and your tariff slab. Beyond that, knowing roughly what roof area is available and whether it is shaded helps us give you a more useful first answer.

How quickly will you respond?

We aim to call back the same working day. If you need an answer immediately, calling is faster than the enquiry form.
